| Introduction | Biodiversity Sector Programme for Siwaliks and Terai (BISEP-ST) is a sector wide support programme of the Ministry of Forest and Soil Conservation (MFSC) funded by the Netherlands Government through SNV/Nepal. It was initiated to improve the Terai, Inner Terai and Siwaliks forest through sector wide effort meaning that it takes the Nepali situation as starting point and addresses bottlenecks of the Terai forest sector. | |
